ACCS Board
The Crops Board has 15 members. The Board is responsible both for standard setting and the direction, overall management and administration of the scheme. In total, there are five producers, including the chairman, and good cross-industry representation Including a representative of the Genesis Quality Assurance Scheme. Food chain users include representatives of the millers, maltsters, oilseed crushers, feed compounders, grain merchants, cereal foods manufacturers and sugar beet manufacturers. It also includes the environmental organisation, LEAF (Linking the Environment and Farm) and an independent consultant with expertise in crop protection representing non-industry interests.
